Gizmondo gaming system coming to the UK

The Gizmondo gaming system will be launched in the UK on the 29th of October. The Gizmondo is a portable gaming machine running on the Microsoft Windows CE .NET platform and has a 2.8″ LCD color screen. Besides being the first game system running on CE .NET the Gizmondo also has a 64-bit graphics accelerator, making it as powerful as many game consoles. The device is being touted as not only a gaming platform but also has the following features: integrated GPS, MP3 player, video player, digital camera, and messaging. I don’t know if the Gizmondo will ever be sold in the US but it sure looks like a sweet machine!
