Nevo remote control

Nevo_remoteNevo is one of those names that is well known in Pocket PC circles. Their software that emulates a remote control on Windows Mobile devices is the standard for such programs and is preinstalled on a number of HP iPAQs. The Nevo people are now betting they can be successful without the Pocket PC and have introduced a stand-alone remote control, the Nevo SL. Very little is known about this remote so far but it’s being exhibited at the CEDIA Expo 2004. This could be a very nice universal remote control given the great Nevo software and the display on this unit. Thanks to Pocket PC Tools for the info.

  • Yea, I am really happy with this on my pocket pc. I would like to buy a NevoSL sometime. The original remote is much better than the newest one. I found out about Nevo when it only had pocket pc software, and when the standalone remote was ONLY $600.
