Hello whoever, just thought I would add some stuff to this page as it helped me, I have a fujitsu p7010D notebook which has a CF slot, I wanted to get a bluetooth CF card for it as its just about the only thing this notebook is missing, I too tried the socket CF bluetooth card, however its useless, the driver loads but the card cant connect to anything useful, not even a logitech v270 mouse! Its just rubbish, I then got a billionton CF BT card which is great and works fantastically with all devices I have tried so far.

Down with Belkin, Long live Billionton.
Gave up wasn’t worth the pain, Billionton card works great.

Thank you JK, even with the Billinton driver software the CF card won’t install drivers. The U70 confirms a Generic CF card but thats about all I get. Will post an update if I get her workin

Alan, sorry I have never tried the Belkin but I don’t know why it wouldn’t work.

I’m trying to find where to purchase a Billionton CF BT card. Where can I get one?

The keyboard won’t fit in any of the Sony cases but it’s really small and comes with its own case. I don’t think it adds much to carry around at all.

I actually had a chance to use a U750P for a bit this afternoon, however they didn’t have any of the accessories that go along with it. I’m in the market looking for an ultra-portable to use back and forth to college, and since I’ll be doing a tonne of walking, it has to be light. So the U was a consideration. I like the Bluetooth solution to the keyboard, but I’m wondering….how does the keyboard fit with the fold up carrying case for the Vaio U? I would hate to have all sorts of accessories in different places. If the keyboard and the U can be stored in the same case, it’d be perfect. Any advise?

Coders need serious horsepower and big screens so I would never recommend a UPC for that purpose.

What happens when you try now? As long as they are paired singly and set to auto discover it will work fine as long as only one computer is on at one time.

Frank, mine isn’t cracking yet but I have been so concerned over how sturdy the stand is I pretty much always leave it attached. I wish they had made it sturdier. The Sony is pretty heavy for this stand but it’s held up so far.

Since there are probably some good Bluetooth geeks coming here, I thought I would pose this question.

What I would really like to do is share a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse between two different PCs, so that I could in effect replace my Belkin KVM with a wireless connection.

Any chance it is possible now? If so how? If not, would it be possible in the future?

jk, have you noticed the plastic stand cracking on your Bluetooth keyboard, near where it normally connects to the keyboard? I have stopped disconnecting it for fear that it will break all the way. I wonder if Stowaway will provide a replacement if it broke?
