Samsung UMPC in the works?

TG Daily first mentioned that several OEMs are hard at work on the Ultra-mobile PCs (UMPCs) that Microsoft told partners about a week or so ago. Samsung was listed as one of those OEMs working on a handheld device and this morning comes word (and a photo) of their device, reported to be announced at CeBIT in Germany in March. I find it interesting that this Samsung prototype, if it indeed is real, is a clamshell device making it a tiny convertible Tablet PC. It seems to me that a pure slate might be better for such a small form factor but time will tell. Doesn’t this device look a lot like the Sharp Zaurus Linux-based PDA?
