MSN-TV to launch in-vehicle service over EVDO
CNET has a video overview of the upcoming MSN-TV in-car service that will debut around July 2006. The initial service will use EVDO via Verizon and will place an EVDO junction box in the car that creates a mobile hotspot that will provide complete internet, audio and video services for compatible monitors (or PCs) in the vehicle. The video is pretty cool and gives a good idea how this might work on trips.
