Lenovo’s X41 Tablet leaves Hugo wanting more

Hugo_x41Love at first sight is common with sexy computing devices, but the Lenovo X41? Let’s just say it took six long weeks for Hugo Ortega to admit his feelings for this Tablet PC he first likens to the 1967 VW Bug he once owned. Turns out that the X41 wasn’t quite the ugly duckling Hugo first saw when he anxiously removed the bubble wrap and found the same look to his 1998 Thinkpad. I won’t ruin any of the entertaining and unique review for you. Give it a quick read in a style only an Aussie nicknamed "Poogie" can provide. Nice write-up Hugo; we’re working on the sympathy card since you had the send the unit back.

  • Nuts, this would have been nice to know before I ordered an X41 Tablet as my new work machine.

At least now, I’m an official tablet owner now? :)

  • My bad, fil! I think you took my attempt at a clever post title to mean that Hugo didn’t like the unit. He had to return the unit after six weeks because it was a demo and he really liked the X41! I’m sure you’ll be thrilled with your new work machine as I’ve read nothing but praise for the Lenovo Tablet PC. Congrats on joining the “ink-olution”!

  • Hi Fil and JK,

Sometimes we get carried away with our own literary genius :-)

FIL, I LOVED THE X41! I WANT ONE!
