ScanscapeWhat will those folks at the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) think of next? PC World has brief write-up on how PARC wants to make your Tablet PC your "buddy" with some new approaches to software and inking. I especially liked the ScanScribe flash demo of a software prototype. ScanScribe appears to have some very advanced inking functions, especially for those folks who really push their digital note-taking to the current limits. If you watch the video, you’ll see that ScanScribe can separate individual pieces of hand-drawn notes very quickly and efficiently. Plus, you can manipulate small parts of hand-drawn graphics instead of having to edit the entire graphic. You really have to check this out!
