Sleeptracker watch: not for light sleepers

SleeptrackerOn trips, I tend to use a Windows Mobile device for my alarm which seems to do the trick and works even in the event of a power outage. For you heavy sleepers out there, you might consider the Sleeptracker watch. The Sleeptracker has a built in accelerometer to figure out when you’re in your lightest sleep stage and presumably thrashing around the most; at that point, the watch assumes your internal clock has "cycled" and the alarm sounds. Yikes!

For $149, I’d actually consider hiring a personal "waker-upper" person since I’m not sure I even HAVE an internal clock. Then again, maybe there’s an opportunity here for Microsoft: perhaps an ActiveSync version to sync your internal clock with a SPOT Watch? ;)
