Mine wouldn’t turn on at all due to a power supply problem so they can’t say it passes their diagnostics. I just checked the tracking for the package and it is definitely on its way back to me.

I just hope they didn’t send it back unfixed. I had an HP tablet that would lose synch when connected to an external projector for more than about 15 minutes, which was what I bought it for. I went through 3 rounds of sending it back and them saying it passed their diagnostics, after which I’d call them up, describe the problem in detail and how to reproduce it. They said they didn’t have an external monitor so they couldn’t do anything about. After showing them that other users were reporting this problem, I had a conference call with a fairly high sales manager and a technical person after which the manager promised to send me a new one. He didn’t (they both said they thought the other one was going to take care of it), which was the last I’ve dealt with HP. Hope your experience is better.
