Toshiba’s, er Microsoft’s Zune pics on FCC site

ZunerearWe all know that Microsoft stays away from the actual hardware construction with a few exceptions like peripherals and of course the Xbox platform. It’s not a big surprise then that they tapped Toshiba as a partner for the new Zune device, considering the excellent Toshiba Gigabeat runs on the Redmond base. The FCC, which is a veritable gadget p0rn site these days with all of the internal peep shows, is featuring the innards of Zune for your peeking pleasure. Yes, it does have an FM tuner and integrated WiFi ; the outstanding questions for success are still in the interface and music store software simplicity in my mind. I’ll keep thinking about that while you go and view the inappropriate Zune photos.

  • Brrrr! I keep recalling (no pun intended!) all the Toshi PPCs that were lemons and died quick deaths. I hope their QC will be better with this! jk, your VGAed Toshi still alive?

  • Actually Mike, my Toshiba e805 (the first VGA PPC) was very capable and well worth the money. It also served a tour in Iraq and came home in one piece! I could be biased due to my Toshiba M205 Tablet PC but….
