HX-2142It’s not going to win any prizes in the features category but the HX-2142 does seem to meet the manufacturer’s claim of being the “Smallest DV in the world”.  The camera is the size of a large USB key chain drive and sports a still and video camera.  There is only 2 MB of memory on-board but the HX-2142 has a SD slot for adding memory to capture all that sparkling video and those photos you shoot.  The little video camera will record VGA with a frame-rate of 12 fps and QVGA at 20 fps.  Now that is one tiny DV camera.
