(I think it&#039;s because our cities are very spread out).&lt;/p&gt;

        &lt;p&gt;Well you/we are also about one year behind Europe :) Indeed when I arrived in NYC last year I discovered that only &quot;top-of-the-line&quot; cell phones had bluetooth, that many clamshell phones had still the antenna sticking out and that the sound quality was actually quite bad. It was quite a shock at first. Now I got used to it, although I still don&#039;t understanding every word said on the phone :)&lt;/p&gt;
