Steve unboxes the Pepperpad 3

Over at Carrypad, Steve received his Pepperpad 3 a few weeks earlier than expected so the unboxing has begun. There’s a whole gallery of images during the show, so be sure to check ‘em out. Remember, this is the Linux-based ultra-portable running on the AMD LX800 Geode chipset and has an integrated thumb-board; one half of the keyboard is on the left of the screen and the other half is….wait for it……on the right.

I’m sure Steve will have plenty of impressions and a full review, just like he did for the Raon Digital Vega, which runs Windows XP with the same processor as the Pepperpad 3. Steve ordered a black Pepperpad 3, but apprantly received a salty white one instead. Gotta wonder if the Pepperpad folks will ever offer these in Cinnamon Brown or Thyme Green…
