I didn't read the PhoneScoop review, but I know on the forums people are bitching (with just cause) on the ring silencing feature. With a traditional Blackberry, you roll the jog dial to silence a ring. Well the same feature is in effect on the new model by rolling the 'pearl' trackball. Problem is, it's so sensitive that in your pocket (and with keyguard on) the motion of it moving against your pants is enough to kill the ring before you often even hear it. Some Blackberry fanboys say be traditional and use a holster, but all phones go straight into my pocket. So there's no way I would consider using this until a firmware/software update comes out. I guess some have had a bit of luck adjusting the sensitivity of the trackball, but I'll wait...
