USB charger, batteries not included
Looks like the holiday season has everyone gearing up for power options. Earlier this week we saw a worldwide USB charger and a USB charger that works with two devices at the same time. Today it’s a USB device that accepts AA or AAA batteries to charge via a USB interface.
The USB Battery Charger Box is exactly what it’s called and provides 5V (even though the four batteries provide 6V…go figure). $8 gets you the charger, but you’ll have to spring for the batteries yourself. I always carry an extra AAA battery in my mobile gear bag for the Bluetooth keyboard, so a few extra AAAs and this little gadget won’t add that much weight.
