Freeware of the Moment- sTablauncher
Big shout out to Rob Bushway of GottaBeMobile for finding our Freeware of the Moment, sTablauncher. This low footprint utility sits at the top or bottom of the screen (your choice) and extends when you either hover the cursor over it or tap one of the tabs to access the program icons. Adding icons is a simple drag and drop and it took me all of 5 minutes to add tabs and drag my programs to them. This utility does what it does simply and perfectly, and it works equally well on touchscreens and active digitizers

I’m a big fan of RocketDock – looks nice in Vista and is quite fast (though unfortunately you can’t drag to it).
