Motion LE1700 InkShow: GottaBeMobile

Now that we can actually talk about it (gotta love those NDAs and embargos! ), there’s some good info on pricing and specs for the Motion LE1700 slate Tablet PC! GottaBeMobile has a fresh InkShow video of the new device, along with how much or how little it will hit the wallet.An SXGA slate has the perfect resolution for me personally; it’s the res I used on the M205 for two years and I found it perfect for the way I work and set up my workspace. Motion will let you choose between an Intel Core Solo, which starts at $1,999, or a Core 2 Duo for an additional $200. If you can swing it, I’d recommend the Core 2 Duo from a power-saving perspective. You can’t get the innovative dual-touch screen with the View Anywhere option, which is a shame, but it’s all about trade-offs. Hop over and catch Rob’s 36 minute presentation!
