Safari gets second upgrade already

Safari_for_windows

Safari 3 for both Windows and Mac gets its second upgrade since the release a short 11 days ago. Although the project is a beta, you have to credit Apple for quick and seemingly constant updates. Yes I checked for ink support and no it’s not there. I’m sure there are higher priority items in bug queue. So what’s new in 3.0.2?

  • Latest security updates
  • Improved stability
  • Fixes for text display, non-English systems, and start-up times

If you have an older version (as if 11 days is "old") just run the Apple Software Updater. If you’re new to Safari for Windows, you can go here for the alternative browser. Without ink support I’m generally sticking with IE7, but I will admit that I like Safari’s RSS reader better.
