The municipal WiFi network there was introduced last year as a pay service, but there’s now a free option available to Londoners and visitors alike thanks to free-hotspot.com. You’ll have to sit through a short advertisement on your browser every 15 minutes or so with the free connection, but that gives you time to sip the tea and taste the scones.
