River_thamesBe sure to bring your WiFi enabled device with you the next time you visit London. If you do, you’ll be rewarded with a free 256kbps connection along 13.6 miles of the River Thames. The municipal WiFi network there was introduced last year as a pay service, but there’s now a free option available to Londoners and visitors alike thanks to free-hotspot.com. You’ll have to sit through a short advertisement on your browser every 15 minutes or so with the free connection, but that gives you time to sip the tea and taste the scones.
