UBiQUiO 711 spotted on Expansys and Mobileplanet
A new UMPC has been spotted on the Expansys online store, the UBiQUiO 711. The Expansys site lists very brief specs of a 1.2 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, 40 GB hard disk, and "Vista Tablet". I’m not sure which version of Vista that might be. The 711 is listed at GBP599.95 which translates to $1216 on this side of the pond. Here’s a capture of the offering:

Looks like the Amtek 770 with a 1.2 GHz Via CPU running Vista Home Premium.
It is. They badge up a lot of things as Ubiquio. You’ll find the Amtek T700 there somewhere too!
