The king of lists on Windows Mobile devices, ListPro 5.0 from Ilium, has gotten a brand new version chock full of features that turn this powerful program into a must-have.  ListPro 5.0 adds some really innovative features such as the ability to change the font and size, add pictures to notes, addition of hyperlinks in notes,  bullet points and numbering, and the coolest of all, the ability to turn any list into RSS.  ListPro 5.0 will set you back $29.95 and upgrade pricing is available.  If you purchased ListPro 4.x recently the upgrade is free.  GTD addicts will be happy to see a set of templates for implementing the system on the PDA.
