Sneak peek at BenQ’s Intel powered Mobile Internet Device
JKK shot me a link to this YouTube video of a BenQ MID or Mobile Internet Device. The MID was showing off at Intel’s Developer Forum and offers up a touch-friendly Linux interface on a 4.8-inch screen. Intel actually has a new YouTube channel available so it might worth subscribing to as I expect we’ll see hidden gems like this on a regular basis. With core competencies in processors and connectivity (think WiFi and WiMAX), Intel looks poised for a big year in 2008 for UMPCs and MIDs.
