        &lt;p&gt;I use Diskeeper Pro 2k7 on Vista, and it&#039;s amazing. It gives you the option to defrag system files such as the MFT (you can resize it too), and it&#039;s automatic background defrag mode is really cool. Auslogics is okay for a free defragmenter, but it didn&#039;t strike me as much of improvement over the default windows utility.&lt;/p&gt;
