Motion LE1700 review points out forward thinking design

Hpim1031With seemingly fewer and fewer new slate Tablet PCs arriving, it was refreshing to see Craig Pringle’s review of the Motion LE1700 this morning. The balanced design offers a real advantage to heavy duty inkers; something I’m struggling with on smaller UMPCs with integrated keyboards. Another smart design option is the “breakaway” WWAN antenna since you don’t want to accidentally break that off and potentially lose 3G signal strength. Don’t miss how the bottom of the device is actually recessed as well; Craig mentions how the extended battery fits in there so as not add a “bump” to the slate.
