Hi Kevin . . . My eee is arriving today, and you stole the name I was going to use! My (now defunct) Egor was my monster machine, starting out as an XT clone from Fry's electronics in 1985 and was upgraded & morphed over time by upgrading this, that, and something else while always keeping something from the prior generation. (8088 to V-20 to 286 to 386-SX to 486 to P100, plus numerous memory, video, LAN, and other upgrades to (sigh) retirement in 1998.)

Now I have to come up with a whole new name!

I loved this pc!
Eee PC means “”Easy to learn, Easy to work, Easy to play.”
In my opinion it’s way better then OLPC project since it has more system power.
