OmnifocusI think I spend more time looking at Getting Things Done-type apps that actually using them. That probably defeats the purpose of GTD, but I’ll sacrifice my time for your betterment. ;) Just caught wind of OmniFocus for the Mac and watched a great demonstration video of the application as well. There’s a free download to try the beta and the final for-pay release should appear on January 8th. If you’re a GTD fan, you might want to take action now and consider buying the product (after you try it, of course) for $39.95 now. Doing so will save you nice bundle because when the application is released, the full price will be $79.95. Unsure? No prob. My suggestion is to create an Action in your GTD Web context called “Save $40 on OmniFocus”. Make sure you set the due date prior to January 8th. Gee, I feel more productive already.I’m liking the integration with iCal, Mail and Spotlight in particular. Searching for and finding tasks with a quick Command+Spacebar makes sense to me. The ability to capture tasks from nearly any application looks to be a real time saver as well.(via TUAW)
