Got a MacBook Air on the way? Waterfield Designs got you covered

Prod_sleevecase_detail_2_3I have mentioned before that one of the first accessories I get after getting my hands on a new device is a SleeveCase by Waterfield Designs.  Their cases are the thinnest and lightest ways in which to carry mobile devices and since the new MacBook Air is one of the thinnest notebooks around it only makes sense to carry it in the thinnest case you can.  The good folks at SF Bags who produce the sleeves have already released one that is custom tailored to fit that Air so check it out and maybe you can have one waiting to carry your Air around in when you get it.  They have two versions to allow either horizontal or vertical carrying of the Air.  If I’m not mistaken they could have called this the Air Bag, don’t ya think?

  • Are either of you going to get the Air? (even as an eval?)

I’m this -> 1 USB on my current macbook.

I’m also trying to see if I can live with just 80G of disk.

I think so, currently I have a lot of crap on my macbook and it would force me to clean stuff up from time to time. (like how often do I look at pictures from 2001)…

    thx

  • Check out this bag for the Air guys – looks very cool. Designed like a manila envelope but made from vinyl with a soft liner:
