Rim_8830RIM has announced their intention to update the BlackBerry platform the first half of this year to provide messaging and security enhancements.  BlackBerry users will predominantly notice improvements to the messaging handling which will add HTML support along with integration of Dataviz’ Documents to Go software to allow viewing of Office documents directly from email.  These additions will eliminate the need to use third party utilities to provide the same functionality like many BB users do now.  There will also be Lotus Notes enhancements for those who live in Lotus by IBM.

  • Blackberry rules! Recent HTC Windows Mobile phones are just crap. In fact, I’d go so far as to say the Sprint Mogul was a scam. I don’t know if it was Sprint’s idea or HTC’s, but it doesn’t much matter, it was grossly overpriced crap. No more HTC in my house, long live the Blackberry!
