		<description>&lt;p&gt;It does NOT include using it as a modem, but even so, this is fantastic news! :) Besides the Phone-as-Modem service is $25-30 which is nothing in the grand scheme of things.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Incidentally, the plan was originally announced a few weeks ago for limited areas at $120. When AT&amp;T and Verizon announced their plans, obviously Sprint felt a need to one-up them.&lt;/p&gt;
