I use a bag from sea fever ( http://www.seafevergear.com/ ) I have been using the “briefcase” for a few years now and it is still like new. I also own several of the duffel and tote bags.

I noticed your extended battery is naked! I bought some black velco and put a strip of the plastic side on my extended battery and then wrapped the black soft cloth side around my multifuntion stylus/pen/pencil… makes the pen even more comfortable to hold and it sticks to my battery bump-out when not in use. I can’t tell you the number of people who looked at my P1610 and now my p1620 and commented how smart Fujitsu was to provide this feature — never realizing it was a quick-n-dirty user mod!
James, for longer than 5 hours, can you carry your AC adapter and/or extra battery? Or do you have a Plan B?
Genghis, if I suspect I need longer than 5 hours then I do one of two things: 1) I clip the Waterfield Designs PiggyBack case onto the back of the SleeveCase which will handle the extra battery and other gear just fine or 2) I carry the old faithful Booq Boa backpack. Either way I don’t carry the adapter, just the 2nd battery.
Can you fit the extra battery and the AC adapter in the Waterfield Designs PiggyBack case at the same time? Can you show us the volume of the Piggyback?
Also how large of an external DVD reader/writer do you use with the P1620? Any recommendations for external DVD’s? Would an external DVD player fit in the piggyback with or without the AC adapter or extra battery?

Yeesh. I could never get away with something that small. One, I always have a book (when I go e, I’ll still have that: a Sony Reader). Two, I always have brain food: 2-4 cans of Diet Pepsi. Three, AC adapters (LifeDrive, cellphone). On some days, an umbrella too. And miscellany as well.
I think you cheat. You have a car and can put all that extra there.
