I took two pieces of advice from you yesterday and ordered a slip case, with extra flap, for my P1610 and a MoGo mouse.

After digging around all of the retailers in the UK that MoGo list on their website the cheapest place was going to cost £49 delivered. I then found the HP branded one on Amazon for £24 delivered so I went for that one.

Hopefully my froogle-ness will pay off given your findings with the MoGo version.

Oh yeah, I also hate the white plastic. Enough already, it’s a tired trend. The Mogo does look interesting though, but I can probably do without.

You could always just use the trackpad. I haven’t used a mouse full time in probably 2+ years now. I do have a nice ergonomic Bluetooth Logitech one, but stutters across the screen. I have a Mighty Mouse too and I hate the feel/shape of it and I hate the marble.

I installed the Mogo utilities for the scrolling and was astounded to find they are 3rd party apps released for Win95 (yes, really old). All they do is assign macros for certain gestures and screen edges. Really disappointing and pretty bad. Another reason to go with HP instead of Mogo.

Thanks for the warning JK, let us know if the HP one will work with the new scrolling capable drivers.
