x86 & Windows CE/Mobile is a pain though, as 99% of software is coded for Arm (and a little bit of Mips).

An x86 isn't overkill for Windows Mobile unless the power usage is too much. Making adjustments to calculation-filled Excel files still takes too long on my Advantage, and it can struggle to play VGA vids.

With the driver fiasco on their current cell phones I can only recommend for everybody to stay away from HTC devices.

Misleading advertising, no consumer support, lying to consumers, the press and the public .... no thank you.
