Christian,
If you have ATT DSL (above the basic) you can use your xxxx.sbcglobal.net (that is what mine is) to log on to the ATT hotspots. I use one in Burnet, TX in the sticks at Mcdonalds.
The "DSL link" is really only an advertising link. The real links are in red and the advertising is double underlined.
Hope this helps

Oh I hate being a novice. Above it says "Remember that AT&T Laptop Connect customers as well as AT&T DSL subscribers already benefit from unlimited WiFi at Starbucks." and I clicked the DSL link(?) and it went to a page for Comcast Digital Phone Service. But what I need to know is that I purchased (Not delivered yet, just left China)the HP tx2000z based on the review in these columns and now since it's past 5.1.08 do I not get to use this free(?) hotspot? Please advise or help or something.....

I am (of course) skeptical of this. Guess I am going to have to try it out on my iphone tuesday morning.
