TmobilelogoBack in February, T-Mobile joined other U.S. carriers by offering a $99 unlimited plan which includes voice and messaging features. Although there’s no official press release on T-Mo’s site just yet, Phone Scoop has an advance copy of what’s going to appear there. For $49 each additional line, T-Mobile is offering a family plan as an add-on to the unlimited plan:

“An unlimited plan created especially for families, T-Mobile now offers unlimited nationwide calling (with nationwide roaming and long distance) and unlimited nationwide text, picture and instant messaging (SMS, MMS and IM), for a flat rate of $49.99 monthly access* for each line added after the first line.”

You can add up to four family lines with this plan and most everything short of a data plan appears to be unlimited.Update: and just like that, here’s the link to the new plan on T-Mobile’s site.

  • Wow, that seems like a good deal. If they included data I’d be all over it. (Melissa’s got the Blackberry Curve on T-Mo, I could free my iPhone.)
