I asked the sales person if that was an "after rebate" price and he told me no, you just had to either be a new customer or be eligible for an upgrade and do a two year contract. I also asked him if they would shake me down for an activation charge and he said no. So I asked again to confirm that for $48 plus tax, no rebates, no activation fees, no other surprise charges, basically just $52 and I could walk out of WalMart with a new Centro and he said yeah, that was the deal.
