I’ve started spec’ing a system for mobile video capture and processing. This computer’s potential is very attractive: RAID striping, high-speed connectivity, advanced display… Some might say it’s big, heavy and expensive, but the next best option is putting a desktop workstation on a roller-cart.

James: I think the post should read “Dual link DVI-D”, not “DVD-D”.

With Vista you have all the “ink” functions of a tablet but without the direct to screen interface. You could still ink in OneNote or Evernote though. Annotations in Word etc would work.
