17-inch VooDoo Envy notebook leaked?

We have made it clear that we are waiting for the release of the sexy VooDoo Envy notebook that HP teased us with earlier this year. It’s not been seen in user’s hands yet that we can tell and now the tease factor has been turned up a big (and wide) notch. Engadget points to a video that shows off the sweet carbon fiber of the Envy’s case and if I’m not mistaken that is a 17-inch Envy that the geeks are holding. You be your own judge and let me know what you think. Is this a new Envy?

That does look a little too big to be a 13 inch Envy. That might be the new product that Rahul hints at in his interview with Connect Reviews. By the way, the Envy started shipping a week or two ago. One of the first to receive on did a semi-unboxing (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3Zy3Uj3kcA). More info over at the voodoo forums

Didn’t voodoo specialize in gaming laptops at one time? Cut the **** with that carbon-fibre nonsense and give folks a laptop with a 9800M GPU inside.
