Remember the Milk iPhone app now available
I have mentioned my favored to-do program Remember The Milk (RTM) before and I’m still loving it so much that I have paid for the Pro version. Being able to access my tasks from any device with a web browser has been very beneficial to my work and I am still loving it. I augmented the use I was getting out of RTM by adding their GMail extension that provided a task pane right in my email window and I have also gotten good utility out of the RTM web site optimized for iPhone use. The only thing I wished worked better was the iPhone version because even though it was optimized to display the web site on the little screen it was not a real app. That has changed with the introduction of the iPhone app that is now available from the iTunes App Store. The new version installs as a real app and is not only optimized for displaying tasks on the iPhone but creating and editing tasks is very well implemented. It’s a free app but will only work with the Pro version.

It may be free from Apple, but you have to pay $25 to RTM to use it. This makes it the most expensive iPhone task manager out there. I switched from RTM to Toodledo several months ago and I have never looked back. Toodledo.com has more functionality than RTM and the Toodledo iPhone app is much cheaper.
Except it doesn’t really have more functionality. For a start there is no Task sync with either WinMo or Blackberry, yes you can export a CSV but that is not like having background task sync.
Yes, the we based app has more. But overall there are differences.
