Before posting I went to Intel's site see what chipsets the 520 supported and there was only one, which specifically only supported 1 GB (similar to the Fujitsu U810 I had, but I'm sure a different chipset). I am very curious about the Sony, and there are obviously many ways to make a decent performer. In fact, my late U810 w/ only 1GB ran Vista acceptably for how I used it (I had, however, upgraded the HD to a 5400 rpm 100GB drive). In the end, the screen res was too small for my 44 year old eyes, and the U820 was certainly not an improvement in that aspect.
