Meeting old and new friends at CES
The most enjoyable part of attending an event like the CES is the chance to see old friends. This makes the trip worthwhile and is a great chance to see what folks are packing gear-wise.
We’ve only been here a few hours but have already run across several folks you likely follow:

We also had the good fortune to meet someone we’ve corresponded with for a good while. It’s not by accident that she’s known as the “netbook diva”. Joanna Stern of Laptop Magazine had her hands all over the thin MSI netbook but she wouldn’t ‘fess up to what she brought with her.
We’ll be running into a lot of our friends this week and we’ll share that with you as it happens.
Looking forward to seeing you. Isn’t it weird, we’re both in Houston, but have to come to Las Vegas to bump into each other?
