How about the ability to delete person info, and disable the phone entirely if it's stolen? At least put a message on screen asking them to call MS for info on how to return it to us.

Why do no companies try and get us our stolen stuff back when it's soooo easy for them?

Disregard that whole post... I grossly misread your post, and thought you were referring to Exchange, lol.

Actually, no, it won't replace ActiveSync at all. The "More Info" page that's posted clearly states that it will NOT sync Exchange account information.

This actually seems like it's geared more for non-Windows Mobile phones.

This is great news, and would do away with Outlook / ActiveSync for good. I'm too cheap to use Exchange, and currently use the free Windows Live for push email from my Google, Yahoo and other accounts, and for contact sync. The contact sync is also push, so changes occur in real time, and I don't see the advantage of Skybox per se in either of these two areas.

The real limitation with Live currently, however, is with calendar sync, for which I use a kludgey combo of Outlook, Ogsync, and Google Calendar. Sadly, Skybox doesn't really look like a solution if it involves me having to install yet another program on my phone. And will Skybox be able to import from / export to other calendars?

Please do post a Q&A when you get the beta, because this is something I am really interested in.
