A user controlled SpamAssassin lab for gmail would be sublime. Also allow user controlled filters for MTA rejection. On that form they fill out their identification and a captcha and *request* access to your inbox. After that they are allowed to email you. You only receive requests for access from people who go to the page and fill out the form. This is a huge roadblock for spammers. We need permission based emailing.
