FlashLogo_4Adobe Flash is the grease that keeps web video streaming. It is sadly lacking on almost any phone you pick up, but, according to the company, that will begin to change later this year. A beta version of Flash Mobile 10 will be available to developers in October for the following phone platforms: Android, Windows Mobile, Symbian and Palm’s WebOS. Nope, still no iPhone, but Apple doesn’t believe in Flash, anyway.

  • Seems Blackberry is also missing. So that means the two biggest leaders in mobile may not be there. Since the iPhone dominates the mobile web that does not spell success for Adobe.

    • Maybe in the US, but worldwide Blackberry and iphone are not that important. And Flash already is so important in the net that not having it will be the problem of the mobil company not Adobe.
