		<description>I use SyncToy, a free utility from Microsoft, and a thumb/USB drive to keep my My Documents folder in sync on multiple PCs and a Mac. Very simple, not that slow, and it does the job.  Also use SyncToy to sync the folder to my server about once a week as well so I can share files that way if I need to.</description>
